February 2008 WELCOMED THE FINLAND PRESIDENT On February 24th, 2008 Palm Garden Resort welcomed Finland President – Mrs. Tarja Halonen and her husband – Mr. Arajarvi Pentti. They came and stayed for 4 days. Before saying good bye, Mrs. President said “We had a wonderful holiday at Palm Garden Resort. This place is very beautiful and the staffs are very friendly. We feel this Resort like our home. How warm this home is! We are sure that we will come back in a near future”.

April 2008 April 2008 THE 12TH ASEAN FINANCE MINISTER HAD A PRIVATE MEETING IN PALM GARDEN RESORT It is truly that Palm Garden Resort has a firm step to prove itself an international tourism destination. Once again, the resort gained a great honor to be selected for the private meeting for the 12th ASEAN Finance Ministers on April 3rd, 2008. May 2008 THICH NHAT HANH BONZE AND BUSSINESS JOINT THE EVENT “BREATH AND SMILE” On 24 and 25 May, 2008. Palm Garden Resort welcomed Mai’s Village Monks and together with more than 300 businessmen from Hanoi Capital, Ancient capital of Hue etc. to join the event “Breath and Smile” – the event for only Businessmen and Thich Nhat Hanh Bonze. They came to Palm Garden to take part in “Dan An Quoc Thai” (Peaceful for human and world), practice Zen to balance their business, family etc. This event taught them how to walk in silence, eat in silence and release flower garlands and colored lanterns to pray “A peaceful world for future”. This event likes a fresh air for Palm Garden Resort, pure water source for everybody.

	June 2008 SUCESSFULLY HOLD MISS UNIVERSE 2008 It was honored for Palm Garden Resort and Hoi An city were chosen a place to hold Miss Universe 2008. All beautiful ladies come from 84 different countries to join “Miss Universe with Beach and Hoi An City” on 25th June, 2008. The event was successfully hold and left deep impression in each of Queens.

July 2008 AWARED EXCELLENCE PERFORMANCE IN 2007 – 208 BY VIETNAM ECONOMIC TIMES’ The five-star Palm Garden Resort and Spa has been awarded “Excellence performance of Tourism & Hospitality products and services conducted in 2007 – 2008 by Vietnam Economic Times’ – The Guide magazine. This event was hold in Dat Lat in 11th July 2008 together with other enterprises. This is the second consecutive year the hotel was honored by the prestigious programs for the global tourism industry.
