Operating Hours
The palm spa is open from 9AM to 10PM ; Last booking is at 9:30AM
Spa Pavillion is open from 10AM to 6PM ; Last booking is at 5PM
Reservations and Arrival Time
For your convenience kindly book an appointment in advance to reduce your waiting time. We encourage you to arrive at least 30minutes prior to your appointment schedule to enjoy our deluxe facilities.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals are subject to time deduction to prevent inconvenience to the next guest scheduled. On certain occasions that there are no bookings following your treatment, we may be able to provide you the full treatment without time reduction. Arriving 30 minutes beyond your booking time will be recommended to re-schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, kindly advise us at least five (5) hours before your scheduled time.
Valuables
A Jewelry box is provided in each locker cabinet for safekeeping. However, we highly recommend you not to wear any jewelry during your scheduled treatment. The management will not be held liable for loss of money or valuables brought within the spa premises.
Spa Etiquette
Our Spa surroundings is serene, we request everyone to respect the right to enjoy relaxation and privacy. Mobile phones should be switched off during the treatment as well as speaking in low tone of voice while in the spa. Smoking and alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Health Conditions
We require you to advise us of any health conditions that would possibly affect your treatment. The management will not hold any liabilities resulting failure of notification of health conditions.
Pregnancy
We offer special spa treatments for expecting mothers. We highly recommend you to kindly allow our team to guide you on choosing your specific treatment.
Payment
In-house guests may charge your spa services to your room.
All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and US currency inclusive of 30% special tax, 10% VAT and 5% service charge.
