All Spa Treatments are administered by certified estheticians. Certain conditions are necessary for the smooth operations of the spa. We hope you understand and that you enjoy your experience with us.
We encourage you to call us to book an appointment in advance to reduce your waiting time.
To ensure you receive the most of your treatment, we recommend that you arrive at least 15minutes before your scheduled treatment.
For any cancellations, please do so at least five (5) hours before your scheduled time so we can give way to our clients. The Palm Spa & Salon is open from 9AM to11PM. The Spa Pavilion (beachfront) is open from 10AM to 6PM. We are open seven days a week and during holidays.
No cash refunds permitted, only house credits. All sales are final.

The card holder can avail of the treatments listed in the Membership Package in one year.
The card holder should use the sauna, steam and Jacuzzi four times a month. However, if it happens that the member was not able to use it (4times in a month) it will not be carried over for the next month.
The usage of Fitness center, Swimming pool and Beach area is in accordance with the operation time. Fitness Center is open from 6AM to 10PM and Recreation activities are open from 6AM to 6PM.
The management and staff of PALM SALON & SPA can refuse to accept any membership card that is questionable and doubtful.
The free treatments on the membership card are fully transferable.
Cardholders are also entitled to avail of additional in-house promos but can only use 1 discount or vice versa.
