The Customer Care Department is always ready to assist before your stay at Palm Garden resort Hoi An. To make your journey convenient, we provide airport pick-up & drop-off services at reasonable prices as follows:

Note
- Unit price does not include value added tax & 5% service fee
- The hotel driver will bring a pick-up sign with your name and be present at the airport pick-up gate as soon as you board your flight.
- Providing erroneous information leading to incorrect service arrangements will result in a charge of 50% of the previously confirmed airport pick-up fee.
- Night flights (after 10 p.m.) & early morning flights (before 6 a.m.) will be charged a 20% surcharge on the standard service price.
