Palm Garden Resort is committed to delivering a professional, safe, and comfortable accommodation experience for all guests. To ensure the rights and responsibilities of both parties, the resort applies the following general terms and conditions:

I. Service Standards

  • Rooms are prepared according to the booked type and category, with full amenities as described on the website or in the booking confirmation email.
  • Services include: breakfast, daily housekeeping, access to swimming pool, gym, free Wi-Fi, etc.

II. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in time: from 14:00
  • Check-out time: before 12:00 noon
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be supported free of charge depending on room availability. To guarantee early/late check-in or check-out, a surcharge will apply (based on published room rates).
  • Minimum check-in age: 18 years old, with valid ID required at check-in.

III. Disclaimer of Liability In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, war, government policy changes, riots, demonstrations, sabotage, political mandates, or technical failures beyond control), if Palm Garden Resort is unable to fulfill its obligations, the resort will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or claims arising from such circumstances.

IV. General Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: Applies depending on room type and rate plan. Please review details carefully before confirming your booking.
  • Children and Extra Bed Policy:
    • Children 0 - 2 years old: Free baby cot upon request.
    • Children 6 - 11 years old: Extra bed on request at VND 750,000/child/night.
    • From 12 years and up: VND 1,040,000/person/night, subject to room availability.
    • Baby cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid for separately.
    • The number of baby cots and extra beds allowed depends on your selected option. Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Smoking Policy: A designated smoking area is available. Smoking in rooms is prohibited and may incur a cleaning fee.
  • Security Policy: All hotel areas are monitored 24/7 by a surveillance camera system to ensure guest safety.

V. Resort Rules & Regulations

  • Cooking in rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian) are not allowed on the premises.
  • Parties are not permitted in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Weapons, chemicals, or explosives are strictly prohibited.
  • Illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution, and drug use are strictly forbidden.
  • Guests must behave appropriately in public areas: no shouting, pushing, or disturbing others. Please supervise children at all times.
  • Guests are responsible for compensating any loss or damage to hotel property.
  • Requests for early check-in, late check-out, or extra beds are subject to actual availability. If the hotel cannot accommodate such requests, guests are expected to comply with standard policies.

VI. Responsibilities and Commitments

  1. Palm Garden Resort's Commitments:
    • Deliver services as confirmed in terms of quality, timing, and location.
    • Protect guest personal data according to the resort’s privacy policy.
  2. Guest Responsibilities:
    • Fulfill payment obligations and complete check-in procedures on time.
    • Acknowledge and accept potential risks related to technology, system errors, and internet issues.
    • Request correction of personal data if any discrepancies are found.
    • Cooperate within 30 days if asked to provide identification documents.
    • Be fully responsible for protecting their own personal information.

VII. Customer Data Protection & Access

  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email. Since the website does not support user account management, guests can contact the hotline for personal data updates.
  • We commit to securing your data using appropriate safety technologies and practices.
  • If misuse of personal information is suspected, please submit a complaint with proof to:

VIII. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes related to website usage or bookings shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  • In case of failure to reach a mutual agreement, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) in accordance with its current regulations. The language of arbitration will be Vietnamese.
